2.2 You are not allowed to advertise illegal products and services.

2.2.1 It is prohibited to place advertisements that contain:
- Direct download links;
- Viruses and malicious software;
- Links to sites with automated scripts;
- Links pages with redirects;
- Links to fishing sites;
- Links to websites promoting violence, the use of drugs and other substances illegal in most of the countries.

2.2.2 Copyrighted content – content that violates the intellectual property rights of another person, the legal owner of the content.

2.2.3 Information (visual, textual), which the administration considers to be explicitly sexual or shocking (including but not limited to images or texts, describing reproductive organs of humans or animals, sexual intercourse or violence).

2.2.4 The Administration reserves the right to refuse the user to place his advertisement if the advertisement does not meet the requirements of the internal policy of the website or any other reasons the administration considers essential.

2.2.5 The administration of this site does not guarantee that user’s advertising will bring him money and any other income (dividends).

2.3 If the ad is placed illegally and there is either a proof thereof or the complain of the owner of the product, the administration reserves the right to resort to the following measures:
- Deactivate the ad bloсks
- Freeze the funds, held on the account balances
- Block the account

2.4 We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.

2.5 All adverts must be manually approved before they can be used in a viral-booster.com advertising campaign.

3.1 All transactions conducted via this website are calculated in Bitcoins.

3.2 Before the beginning of advertising, the User has to top up his main account.

3.3 The user undertakes to follow all necessary steps to ensure that only he has the access to his account, in order to prevent identity and money theft.

3.4 After the user has paid for advertising, the money is not refundable.

3.5 The user may add or withdraw money from his main account at any time.

4.1 All payments are to be made using the links available at "dashboard". No other method of payment will be accepted.

5.1 You are allowed to refer an unlimited number of members

5.2 Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address and BTC address.

9.2 We will not be held responsible for any of our users, advertisers, advertisements or publishers. This also includes every supplier we depend on.

9.3 We are not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.

10.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time.
